Named after a south-east Asian dolphine threatened with extinction, the vessel does not use fossil fuel but relies on sun, wind and waves.

The purpose of the project for WWL was partly to stimulate research and development related to alternative energy sources.

Although the conceptual model will not see the light of day in the near future, the WW group intends to continue research on certain of the elements identified in the development of Orcelle.
