1. Purpose and Objective
This programme aims to align leaders with WW’s business priorities, values and leadership approach. We want to develop innovative and creative leaders with change management and implementation skills. Furthermore we’d like to develop leaders with customer focus and business drive. In order to accomplish this it is important to increase personal awareness and ability to develop people.

2. Scope and Content
The course will focus on becoming a leader - leadership awareness, developing people, teambuilding, employee dialog and handling of conflicts and resistance. For extended learning beyond the courses we provide a learning community, coaching and assignments before, between and after each module.

3. Target Group
The main target group is senior management in WW and WMS.

The maximum number of participants is 28.
