1. Purpose and Objective
We aim to arrange a course that will give our employees an understanding of the core business drivers in the shipping industry. Furthermore, let the employees understand WW Group's position in the maritime value chain and its products and services. We want to give the employees an opportunity to acquire knowledge of the key players in the industry and we will provide network opportunities within the WW-Group.

2. Scope and Content
The course covers themes such as shipping in general, ship types and terminology, chartering, manning and agency activities, bunkers, insurance and cargo markets. A visit onboard one of our vessels in ports is an integrated part of this programme.

3. Target Group
 The main target group is new employees or those with a need to increase competence and understanding of the shipping industry and how WW fits into this.

The maximum number of participants will be 35.
