Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen
Experience: Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen has broad financial and strategic experience from several corporations and board directorships and has twenty years of experience from senior positions in leading Norwegian shipping companies. From 2017-2020, she has been CFO in Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA and held the same position in the Torvald Klaveness Group from 2012-2017. She has also held senior positions within M&A, strategy and corporate planning in Bergesen d.y ASA (later BW Group), and served on the boards of DNV GL and Cermaq ASA (Chair). She began her career in the Nordic Investment Bank, Enskilda Securities, where she worked with corporate finance from 1995 to 1999 in Oslo and London.
Education: Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration ("siviløkonom") and Certified Financial Analyst Program (AFA) from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen, Norway. Breakthrough Program for Top Executives at IMD business school, Switzerland.
Current directorships: Elected Chair of the board for Norwegian Hull Club (NHC) and Handelsbanken Norge, and board member at Equinor ASA, BW Offshore ASA, ROCKWOOL A/S, Torvald Klaveness Group, and Egmont Fonden. Chair of DNV Council.

Current election period: Re-elected as board member on 27 April 2022 for a period of two years. Board member since 29 April 2020.
