Held on 9 January 2024 at Wilhelmsen's headquarters in Oslo, Innofestival brought together a diverse array of projects, start-ups, and solutions all in different phases. Attendees engaged with over 15 initiatives, including contributions from players such as C-Loop, Pelagus 3D, Raa Labs, and Platform13, demonstrating the breadth of innovation across the group. This marked the first time where individuals could get a snapshot of innovation from across the group, gathered in one room.

“Innofestival isn’t just a showcase; it’s a platform for collaboration and cross-company learning. Bringing venture teams and industry stakeholders together, we aim to inspire colleagues and facilitate reflection. Without a cross-company space and perspective on innovation, we miss out on opportunities for insightful dialogue,” said Senior Vice President Strategy, M&A & Growth, Bjoern Brubakk

As the Wilhelmsen group refines its approach to venturing and innovation, recognising the diversity of approaches within each segment, events like Innofestival play an important role in facilitating the exchange of ideas and inspiring action to tackle the challenges and opportunities within the maritime sector.
