Callenberg acquisition finalised

Wilhelmsen Maritime Services, 100% owned by Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA confirms that the sale of Callenberg Technology Group to Trident Maritime Systems was finalised on 3 October, in line with agreement announced on 11 August.
