Cruise Fleet - Open Application

We accept open applications for positions not listed as vacant. Open applications will be kept in our recruitment pool for up to 24 months or until a suitable vacancy arise. Note that we only hire deck and engine officers and ratings for this fleet.

Minimum requirements:

  • Relevant experience from the Cruise Industry
  • Valid license and certificates according to STCW 95 as amended
  • Good knowledge about maritime rules and regulations (SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, MLC)
  • Great leadership skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent command in English
  • Great interpersonal skills and good team leading ability
  • Good references

 

Beneficial experiences:

  • Experience from expedition cruise and vessels operating in Artic waters
  • Experience from new built and/or site team or project work
  • Experience in sailing under NIS flag
