Esther Gan

Esther leads the global marketing and communication efforts in Wilhelmsen Ship Management.

She started her career in Wilhelmsen since 2009 and has undertaken diverse roles spanning finance, strategy, and sales support. This cross-functional experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the organization, enabling her to capture the essence of our people and company in captivating brand narratives and impactful messaging.

Esther oversees integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, PR, and corporate communication. She leverages market insights to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and revenue growth.

She is currently based in Singapore.
