	CARL SCHOU CEO & President of WSM Carl Schou joined the Wilhelmsen group in 2005 as Crew Manager and worked his way to become President of WSM from 2008. With his seafaring background and maritime knowledge, Carl is opinionated and has a sharp eye for industrial changes.
	HAAKON LENZ Vice President - Region Europe & Americas, WSM Haakon Lenz has more than 25 years of maritime experience. He leads WSM’s offshore wind initiative in Europe and has in-depth knowledge on marine asset management. Haakon feels that renewable energy is the way to go for the sustainable future of the maritime sector.
	PAAL GUNNULFSEN Vice President - Region Asia, WSM Paal Gunnulfsen has been active in the maritime industry for 28 years being involved in technical and project management for many shipping segments. He is particularly strong in gas-related ship management and follows that segment with great interest.
	DANIEL REINSBORG Vice President - Finance, WSM Daniel Reinsborg leads WSM’s financial functions in Asia. He is an advocate for accounting digital transformation in day-to-day financial functions so that the employees are able to spend more meaningful time crunching numbers for more critical accounts.
	ESTHER GAN Vice President - Marketing & Communication, WSM Esther Gan handles the internal and external communication efforts for ship management and all marketing events for the company. She is also responsible for making WSM visible in major social media platforms, giving the company plenty of screen time and earned recognition.
	OYVIND STORDAL Vice President - Digital, WSM Oyvind Stordal is responsible for delivering effective digital proposition and strategies to support WSM’s goal to bring ship management into digital evolution. He has been working on number of digital projects to optimize ship management operations.
	IRINA MARIA CARBUNARU Vice President - Manning Personnel, WSM Irina Carbunaru brings in more than 20 years of crew management experience. Prior to joining Wilhelmsen Ship Management, Irina held senior roles in V.Ships servicing many notable global players including ship-owners and ship managers.
