Esther leads the sustainability and communication efforts in Wilhelmsen Ship Management.

Esther started her career in Wilhelmsen since 2009 and has undertaken diverse roles spanning finance, strategy, and sales support. This crossfunctional experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the organization, enabling her to weave the essence of our people and company values into initiatives which aligns with the company vision.

Esther overseas all ESG reporting matrix and integrates ESG goals seamlessly into organizational objectives and fostering revenue growth aligned with sustainable practices.

Esther is currently based in Singapore.
