Duke Khoo

Duke currently serves as the General Manager at Wilhelmsen Ship Management Singapore, a role he advanced to from his previous position as Fleet Manager within the same organization. He embarked on his career at sea and served until 2012, achieving the highest rank of Chief Engineer. Following this, he transitioned to onshore roles, holding technical management positions in various ship management and ownership companies in Singapore and China.

Duke brings extensive technical expertise in managing oil tankers, bulk carriers, and containers. His practical experience at sea, combined with his insights into technical management, ensures the safety and efficiency of ship operations.

He holds a Master of Science in Maritime Studies and is based in Singapore.
