Sundeep Dhaliwal

From January 1, 2025, Sundeep will be the General Manager for Wilhelmsen Ship Management in Houston, USA, where he will oversee the full spectrum of ship management operations.

Previously, he headed the LNG, LPG, and FSRU group, managing a fleet of over 30 gas vessels at Wilhelmsen Ship Management in Kuala Lumpur. His expertise spans technical, safety, and marine operations, with a particular focus on gas ship management. During his sailing career, Sundeep served on a range of vessels, including General Cargo, Oil Tankers, VLCCs, Reefers, and self-unloading Bulk Carriers, before specializing in gas vessels. Under his leadership, Wilhelmsen Ship Management’s Gas segment has grown tremendously and diversified into LNG, LNGBVs, FSRUs, and VLECs.

At the age of 31, he commanded his first VLGC. With over 28 years of experience in gas operations, project leadership, and people management, Sundeep remains a key contributor to the organization.
