    Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has two share classes, WWI (ser. A) and WWIB (ser. B). Class B shares (WWIB) do not carry voting rights at general meetings. Apart from this, each share carries the same rights in the company.

  • Dividend

    Our goal is to provide shareholders with a high return over time through a combination of rising value for the company's shares and payment of dividend. The objective is to have consistent yearly dividend paid twice annually, targeting an annual dividend yield of 3 – 5% over time .

  • Share buybacks

    Wilhelmsen will continue to use share buybacks as a tool to distribute value to shareholders. At the latest Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2024, the board was granted, on behalf of the company, an authorisation to acquire shares in the company with a nominal value of up to NOK 89,160,000, equivalent to 10% of the current share capital. The authority is normally granted on an annual basis, with certain limitations. Following completion of the latest buyback program in August 2024 and employee share program in September 2024, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 1,688,812 own shares, split on 950,253 A-shares and 738,559 B-shares.
